Mount Prospect discussing bike plans at open house

The village of Mount Prospect has installed 28 miles of on-street bike routes since adopting a Bicycle Plan in 2012.

Now, the public works department is entering the project’s next phase and would like community members’ input.

An open house will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Feb. 21 at the Community Center at Mount Prospect Village Hall.

It is a chance for people to talk about where they would like to see bicycle network connections and improvements throughout the village. For more information, visit www.mountprospectbikestudy.org.
