Northbrook Chamber announces 2024 Business Award winners

The Northbrook Chamber of Commerce & Industry is pleased to announce the recipients of its annual business awards for 2024. The awards will be presented at the organization’s Annual Meeting & Business Awards Celebration on Monday, March 11 at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel.

“We are excited to have such a deserving and impressive group of businesses in our chamber,” notes Kathi Quinn, Northbrook Chamber executive director. “Each of these winners stands out for their professional achievements as well as their commitment to the community.”

Award winners include:

Northbrook Business of the Year: Noggin Builders (Amy Torf, owner)

Corporate Citizen of the Year: Two Men and a Truck (Brian Stern, Northbrook owner)

Emerging Business of the Year: Parkway Presents (Lisa Smith, owner)

Franchise of the Year: Culver’s of Northbrook (Kevin Weasler, owner)

Chamber Volunteer of the Year: Steve Amberg, It’s Impressive

The chamber’s celebratory event, themed “The Magic of Small Business,” will be held at the Renaissance Chicago North Shore Hotel, 933 Skokie Blvd., in Northbrook, from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Monday March 11. The evening includes a cocktail networking hour, dinner, the awards presentation and a preview of upcoming chamber events and initiatives.
