But if you’ve been looking to take your food and beer pairings to the next level, the Brewmaster Dinner Series at Emmett’s Brewing Co. has just what the beer doctor ordered. Emmett’s will host five-course meals paired with four craft brews at three of their locations in the month of January. The $80 per person evening includes a beer reception starting at 6:30 p.m., followed by a brewery tour and meals with course pairings that include lobster ravioli served with 1871 lager and Boursin beef Wellington paired with Curse Quad Belgium. The dinners will be held at the West Dundee location on Jan. 11, Downers Grove on Jan. 18 and in Palatine on Jan. 25. Tickets are required and may be purchased in person or by phone in advance.
