National Parkway roundabout construction begins this week in Schaumburg

Construction that will include the addition of a new roundabout on National Parkway in Schaumburg begins this week.

National Parkway will be closed to through traffic from Golf Road through American Lane for the duration of work, which is expected to last through November.

The project consists of pavement reconstruction and a roundabout at the intersection of National Parkway and American Lane. Lighting also will be improved, and culverts will be replaced.
