Roselle Lions to hold 'Hope Springs Eternal' blood drive April 13
The Roselle Lions Club is sponsoring a "Hope Springs Eternal" blood drive on Thursday, April 13, at the Roselle Fire Department, 100 E. Maple in Roselle.
It will take place from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. to accommodate donors who can't make earlier times.
The many recent adverse weather conditions have amped up the need for blood products, not only in our area, but around the country. Every pint of blood donated can be used to save three lives.
Appointments can be made at bit.ly/BloodDrive-4-13-23.
Walk-ins with no appointment are also welcome but wait times may be longer.
Every donor on April 13 will have a chance to win an electric bicycle.
Donors are asked to eat a healthy meal and drink plenty of water before donating. A photo ID is required.
