Glenview bike, pedestrian and ADA plan drafts available for comment

Glenview residents may now see the finished drafts of the village's updated Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan as well as its ADA Transition Plan, both of which will influence future infrastructure in Glenview.

The Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan inventories existing facilities and conditions and recommends new opportunities; the ADA Plan outlines steps that will make the village more accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Residents may submit comments about the draft plans to glenviewbikeplan@gmail.com through 5 p.m. Friday, March 10, and at the Community Development department at Village Hall, 2500 E. Lake Ave.

The documents are available for viewing at the Village Hall Resolution Center and online. Visit www.glenview.il.us, where the plans are accessible under "Community Headlines."
