Lisle police arrest men accused of holding guns outside convenience store

Lisle police arrested two Michigan men early Saturday on felony weapons charges after responding to reports of armed men standing outside a convenience store.

Antoine Lamar-Edward Dixon, 34, of Northville, Michigan, and Bruce Randolph Watson, 32, of Inkster, Michigan, were charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon, police said Sunday. Both were taken to the DuPage County jail to await a bond court hearing.

The arrests came after officers responded at 2:12 a.m. to a report of a man with a gun outside a store on the 500 block of Ogden Avenue, near the I-355 exit.

Officers detained several people for questioning and recovered several firearms from inside the store, police said.
