St. Emily School Family Donates Pizzas to Mt. Prospect Fire Department

Elissa and Victor Maurer and their children recently donated forty Lou Malnati's pizza certificates to the brave men and women of the Mount Prospect Fire Department. The certificates were part of a fundraiser at St. Emily School, where the children are in Pre-Kindergarten and first grade. Their friends and family bought certificates to support this project.

The kids were treated to an absolutely first class surprise tour of the Fire Station and were able to meet Deputy Chief Tom Wang, Chief John Dolan and Brooks (the dog).

"We're very blessed to be protected by such wonderful professionals (including Chief John, a St. Raymond School graduate!)," said Victor Maurer.
