State of Crystal Lake meeting set for Thursday postponed

The Crystal Lake Park District has canceled its annual State of the Lake meeting set fort 7 p.m. Thursday, at the Crystal Lake Park District Administration Building. A new date and location will be made public once it is confirmed, a park district spokeswoman said.

The district's lake manager, Hey and Associates Inc., was scheduled to give an overview of the health of Crystal Lake, including data from its studies on water quality, invasive species, aquatic vegetation and inflows and outflows.
