One taken to hospital after Wauconda crash

One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday night in Wauconda.

At 6:55 p.m., firefighters from the Greater Round Lake Fire Protection District responded to the crash scene at Route 60 east of Wilson Street.

One person was found in the roadway, the fire department said.

The victim was taken Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Two other people involved in the crash were not injured.

The crash is still under investigation.
