Bolingbrook man killed in Naperville crash

A Bolingbrook man was killed Saturday morning in a single-car crash in Naperville.

The man, 57, was driving south on Plainfield/Naperville Road when he veered off the road near Gateshead Drive and struck a pole, according to a Naperville Police Department news release.

Two other vehicles were struck with flying debris, but no one in the vehicles were injured. The intersection was closed until about 1 p.m. as police investigated the scene.
