ML Realty Partners signs 200,000 square feet in lease extensions

ITASCA - ML Realty Partners completed three lease extensions totaling 199,054 square feet in the Chicago area.

Illinois Tool Works, a global manufacturer of engineered fasteners and components, has renewed 102,390 square feet at 15901 W. 147th Street, Lockport.

CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors), one of the largest electrical supply distributors across the United States, has renewed 79,528 square feet at 2801 Busse Road, Elk Grove Village.

Esmer Tile, a leading glazed ceramic and porcelain tile, glass, metal and natural stone producer will continue to occupy 17,136 square feet at 100 E. Crossroads Parkway, Bolingbrook.
