Streamwood Park District Invites Residents to Make Their Voices Heard

As the Streamwood Park District begins its strategic planning process, they are seeking feedback from residents to gather input on how to best serve them.

Beginning this week, select Streamwood addresses will receive a postcard mailer marked, "Make Your Voice Heard: How Can the Park District Serve You Better?" This postcard will contain web links as well as a QR code to an online survey asking residents to provide feedback on topics such as Streamwood Park District parks, programs, facilities, and levels of customer service provided by staff.

An email link to the survey was also sent last week to Park District e-newsletter subscribers and other stakeholders.

"Even if residents do not currently use Streamwood Park District facilities or programs, their opinions and feedback are important to us and will ultimately help guide us in determining priorities as we plan the future of the park district," said Streamwood Park District Executive Director Jeffrey Janda.

The survey, which is administered by aQity Research and Insights from Evanston, IL takes approximately 5 minutes to complete and is available in both English and Spanish. If residents wish to complete the survey by phone, they are encouraged to call (866) 900-8555. All survey feedback will remain anonymous.
