GLMV 'Ask The Mayors' 2022 business updates

Business leaders will soon gather for the annual GLMV "Ask The Mayors" luncheon from 11:30-1:30 p.m. Thursday, May 19, at White Deer Run, 255 Greggs Landing, Vernon Hills.

The event, back live this year, is the largest forum for the Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills mayors and village representatives to address the local business community with village updates about recent activities and future goals.

"Don't miss this amazing opportunity to meet and greet our village officials, find out what's happening in our area, and ask questions," GLMV President Scott Adams said. "There will also be updates by Illinois Small Business Development Center, which offers numerous resources to assist small businesses.

GLMV chairman Steve Kopala, Northwestern Mutual, will present the welcome announcements; GLMV event chair Karen Lavris, Glacier Ice, will present the 2022 toast; and Adams will then moderate the event.

Event sponsors include GLMV President Level Members Libertyville Bank & Trust, Mundelein Community Bank, Vernon Hills Bank & Trust; Platinum Member Improv Playhouse; Premiere Village Partners Green Oaks, Libertyville, Mundelein, Vernon Hills.

Cost for the luncheon is $35 for members in advance, $40 for nonmembers and at the door, which includes registration, networking, the program, a buffet luncheon, tax and gratuities.
