Josh Harrison is in the fold.

The 34-year-old second baseman officially agreed to terms on a one-year, $5.5 million contract with the White Sox on Tuesday.

The Sox hold a $5.5 million option on Harrison for 2023 with a $1.5 million buyout.

The 34-year-old Harrison is positioned to get the majority of playing time at second based on his experience.

Over 11 major-league seasons with the Pirates, Tigers, Nationals and Athletics, Harrison hit .274/.318/.401 with 196 doubles, 30 triples, 64 home runs and 351 RBI.

Last year, the 34-year-old veteran slashed .279/.341/.400 with 33 doubles, 8 homers and a career-high 60 RBI in 138 games with Washington and Oakland.

A two-time all star, Harrison showed his versatility last season by also playing third base, shortstop and all three outfield positions.
