Five catalytic converters stolen from Schaumburg business

Schaumburg police are investigating the theft of catalytic converters from five vehicles at GSG Consultants at 735 Remington Road sometime from Wednesday night to Thursday morning.

The total value of the stolen parts was estimated at $5,000.

Though an employee of GSG Consultants told the Daily Herald that catalytic converters from vehicles belonging to neighboring businesses also were stolen during the same time period, Schaumburg police on Friday said they had received no other recent reports from that area.
