Local Realtor Wins Prestigious Awards
Beth Kaim of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices American Heritage wins Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Awards for Transactions and Sales.
The Mainstreet Organization of Realtors recognized Beth Kaim as a top Realtor in its 2021 Production Awards. Kaim was awarded two of Mainstreets prestigious awards. The Diamond Award and Gold Award. Awards are given to recognize top Realtors for their outstanding work across the Chicagoland area.
Beth Kaim has been a Realtor for seven years and in that time has achieved numerous awards, certifications and designations. Some of them include the Realtors Commitment to Excellence,Pricing Strategy Advisor, Real Estate Negotiation Expert,Seniors Real Estate Specialist and many more. Beth is an active volunteer and is currently the immediate past president of the Elk Grove Village Lions Club and a member of the Community Character Coalition.
The Production awards highlight the top-performing Mainstreet Realtors of 2021. The award categories include Individual Residential, Residential Teams and Commercial. awards are given to the top three percent in sales and two percent in transactions in each category.

As the largest local Realtor association in Illinois and one of the largest in the country,Mainstreet continues to expand services for its 20,000 Realtor members, while adding value for area consumers.
