Prairie Capital Advisors represents Deerfield Construction Group Inc. in its sale to ADB Companies LLC
OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL - January 28, 2022 - Prairie Capital Advisors, Inc. recently announced that Deerfield Construction Group, Inc. has been acquired by ADB Companies, LLC, a portfolio company of Warren Equity Partners. Prairie acted as exclusive financial advisor in this transaction to Deerfield and its shareholders and was led by Anthony Dolan of Prairie. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
