More tours of Schaumburg's Schweikher House around Thanksgiving
Additional tours of Schaumburg's historic Schweikher House have been scheduled before and after Thanksgiving.
The tours of the house designed by and resided in by Modernist architect Paul Schweikher will be held at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 19; Saturday, Nov. 20; Friday, Nov. 28; and Saturday, Nov. 27.
Tickets can be purchased by visiting schweikherhouse.org/visit.
The entrance to the Schweikher House at 645 S. Meacham Road is a long gravel driveway along the east side of the road by a bright white mailbox, next to the gap in the guardrail.
