Grace Lutheran Church serves others around the globe
Members of the Service Workshop group at Grace Lutheran Church in Libertyville have been making quilts and baby care kits to donate to Lutheran World Relief for years. LWR is an organization that helps people in need and sets them on a path to self-sufficiency. These quilts will be destined for places around the world, including South America, Africa and the Middle East. This year, the members were able to make 280 quilts! The number keeps growing each year! Grace Lutheran Church joins with LWR in knowing that each quilt reflects God's loving presence in a world filled with suffering.
