Expect delays near Algonquin and Meacham roads in Schaumburg starting Tuesday

As part of ongoing improvements at Meacham and Algonquin roads in Schaumburg, traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Algonquin from Progress Parkway to Meacham beginning Tuesday.

The closure is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day through Thursday, Sept. 23.

Because of expected traffic delays, drivers are encouraged to use an alternate route.
