Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids Dash is Back October 30!

Grab all your ghost and ghoul friends and come participate in the Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids Dash on October 30 at 345 N. Eric Drive in Palatine. The Kids Dash will begin at 8:30 a.m. followed by the 5K run at 9:00 a.m. Show us your most spooktacular costume and get into the Halloween spirit! This event is produced by Palatine-based Adrenaline Special Events.

All adult registrations include a Halloween Hustle glow-in-the-dark, long sleeve, dri-fit shirt, a coffin mummy finisher medal, and either a free beer or soft drink at the after party. All the little ghouls will be given a race bib, finisher medal and kids shirt at registration pickup. If you can't make this event live, the Halloween Hustle can also be participated in virtually from anywhere! Virtual participants will receive the Halloween Hustle shirt, medal, and additional fun swag right to your door.

A portion of the race proceeds will benefit Fathers Helping Fathers (FHF), a national not- for-profit organization that encourages strong relationships between dads and their children, as well raising awareness about the positive influence fathers have on the development of family structure. FHF provides educational classes and development programs that help fathers in every aspect of being a parent from pre-birth classes to toddler training and dealing with teenagers.

"We are thrilled to have the Halloween Hustle after sitting it out a year and it will be better than ever," said Adrenaline Special Events founder Aaron Del Mar. "Everyone is excited to come together again as a community, and since the safety of our participants is our first priority, all CDC guidelines will be followed."

Prices for adults and kids vary depending on the day of the purchase and special pricing is available now through September 30. Join the fun after the events at Tap House Grill in downtown Palatine for an epic after party that includes an awards ceremony at 10 a.m.
