Check out the Northbrook Public Library this month

September is a busy month at the Northbrook Public Library, 1201 Cedar Lane.
Friends of the Library will hold its used book sidewalk sale outside the library from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 10-11. They've got bargains on books and media. Visit northbrook.info/friends.
Also, the library is collecting donations of nonperishable food items for the Northfield Township Food Pantry throughout the month. A donation bin will be available in the library lobby. For details, visit northbrook.info/food-drive.
Lastly, September is National Library Card Signup Month. Anyone who signs up for their first library card in September will be entered into a prize drawing. Details on that at northbrook.info/library-card-signup.
