DuPage moving vaccination clinic

The DuPage County Health Department says vaccine administration will soon be moved from the county fairgrounds to its Central Public Health Center in Wheaton.

As the pandemic evolves, health officials are redeploying resources to vaccinate the community against COVID-19 using alternate strategies, including mobile clinics provided by the department's care van.

The shift means Saturday, July 17, will be the last day vaccines are offered at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton. However, beginning July 19, vaccinations will be available on a walk-in basis at the Central Public Health Center, 111 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton. The vaccination clinic will operate from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
