KemperSports Promotes Industry Veteran Jon Cheshire to Vice President of Operations

KemperSports is proud to announce the promotion of Jon Cheshire to vice president of operations for the company's Northeast Region. In this role, Cheshire oversees all facets of operations for the company's growing portfolio of properties in the northeast - which includes both private clubs and daily fee courses - while expanding KemperSports' footprint in the region.

"Jon has excelled in his role as regional operations executive, successfully leading the region to near record growth," said Steve Skinner, CEO of KemperSports. "Jon has a wealth of experience in multiple segments and is well-deserving of this promotion."

Cheshire joined KemperSports in January 2020 as a regional operations executive, overseeing the company's northeast portfolio, serving as a key player in contract renewals and supporting the business development team with new projects.

Cheshire has more than 25 years of experience in club management, regional operations and recruiting, working for some of the most well-known brands in golf. He is skilled at increasing revenue and business at daily fee golf properties and helping private clubs develop strategies to build membership through family-friendly initiatives.
