Blackhawks sign forward Hardman to 2-year deal
The Blackhawks came to terms on a two-year contract with undrafted forward Mike Hardman on Tuesday. Hardman, who scored 22 goals in 58 games over the last two seasons at Boston College, was assigned to the Hawks' taxi squad.
Hardman's contract carries a $912,500 cap hit.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder is a native of Hanover, Massachusetts. Prior to playing at Boston College, Hardman scored 39 goals in 58 games for the West Kelowna Warriors of the BCHL (juniors).
