The 50-minute exchange between acting Mayor Paul Esposito and challenger Arnulfo Rufo A. Noble Jr. was recorded on Zoom Feb. 26.

The election takes place on April 6. Mail-in voting begins on March 10, with early in-person voting to follow soon after.
