Correction: Illinois-State Budget story

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) - In a Feb. 17 story about Gov. J.B. Pritzker's budget proposal, The Associated Press erroneously reported that the proposal relied for revenue on federal COVID-19 relief money still under debate in Congress to close a $3.9 billion deficit. The budget plan does not rely on any of that money. In addition, after adjustments for recent tax revenue performance, the deficit is $2.6 billion, not $3.9 billion.
