BOTTOM LINE: Tampa Bay will try to prolong its three-game win streak with a victory against Detroit.

Tampa Bay finished 43-21-6 overall and 18-5-1 in division action a season ago. The Lightning scored 49 power play goals on 212 power play opportunities last season.
