Access To Care gets $40,000 grant from Community Memorial Foundation

Access to Care in Westchester received a $40,000 grant award from Community Memorial Foundation.

This generous grant will allow Access to Care to continue prioritizing and providing accessible health care services to their communities.

These communities have been particularly hard hit by COVID-19 and will continue to need support in the new year.

"We are grateful for our ongoing partnership with the Community Memorial Foundation. This grant will help support Access to Care's mission of connecting low-income, uninsured, and under-insured residents in our communities with a local health care provider." said Kathryn Franklin, president of Access to Care.

The Suburban Primary Health Care Council developed the Access to Care program in 1988.

Access to Care is a nonprofit primary health care program for low income, uninsured, and underinsured residents of suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago. Services include physician office visits, laboratory and radiology, prescription drugs, and mental health.
