Suicide Prevention Services offers online START training

Help spread the word and become more knowledgeable about suicide prevention.

Suicide Prevention Services is offering START Training, an interactive program giving you the skills, knowledge, and awareness to keep loved ones and others safe from suicide.

Taking only 1-2 hours, this training is an invaluable resource.

Registration is currently discounted, costing only $27.95; Suicide Prevention Services receives $5 of that amount.

This program will help participants become more comfortable talking about suicide; keep loved ones safe in times of distress; support friends and co-workers; build professional skills; and more.

Developed by Living Works and accessible through Suicide Prevention Services at any time on any device, START will train you through: skills practice and resources; intuitive helping model anyone can learn; simulations for helping in-person and remotely; and customized content and information.
