Are you hiring or do you have positions to post?

Or, do you have an hour a week to lend your expertise in resume writing and/or interviewing skills?

Geography does not limit you from being a volunteer, we meet people where they are.

Kane County like many counties in America has experience record unemployment due to COVID-19.

The Kane County Sheriff's Office has launched a free "Job and Community Resources Board" to help all Kane County residents find jobs. The job board will help jobseekers with resume writing, interviewing skills, and provide networking opportunities.

The Kane County Sheriff's Office understands finding a job is often overwhelming, getting hired can be a challenge, and sometimes life just gets in the way of work. Whether you need transportation, child care, housing or supportive services, they will help you obtain a new job/career and connect you to the necessary services. The team works with businesses and training programs all over Kane County and their job is to help ensure you have access to the tools and resources you need in order to succeed.

This is a multi-sector collaboration of government, nonprofit agencies and employers who believe that opportunities change behavior, and that helping "returning citizens" who need support will promote safe communities.
