St. Charles police raise money for Lazarus House

The St. Charles Police Department overcame a hairy situation for a good cause.

Members of the department participated in a "No-Shave November" fundraiser in an effort to raise money for Lazarus House in St. Charles. The department ended up raising $2,100 to benefit local residents.

Lazarus House provides shelter, food and a wide range of services to people in need in Batavia, Geneva, St. Charles and throughout western Kane County.
