Jump start your New Year's Resolutions

There's a unique opportunity to start on New Year's resolutions before the new year.

The deadline is Dec. 31 to become a charter member of the new Techny Park Activity Center, 180 Anets Drive in Northbrook.

Those who join by Dec. 31 can lock in charter rates and receive benefits including no dues increase for 36 months of continuous membership, no enrollment fees, additional complementary guest passes and a logo gift.

The new, 44,200-square foot building, a Net-Zero Energy facility, offers a fitness floor with cardiovascular and strength equipment, an indoor track and a gymnasium. Virtual fitness classes are part of the membership, offering access to more than 300 classes from fitness experts and staff instructors.

The center also has two group fitness studios, a multipurpose room and a "Kids' Corner" child care, available once it is safe to open in regard to COVID-19 mitigations.
