COVID-19 testing in West Chicago

West Chicago Elementary School District 33, the city of West Chicago, the Illinois Department of Public Health and DuPage County Health Department are partnering to host a free COVID-19 mobile testing unit from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 10, at Leman Middle School, 238 E. Hazel St., in West Chicago.

No appointment is necessary, and insurance is not needed. However, if a person does have health insurance, an insurance card should be presented at the time of testing.
