Pedestrian injured in Glenview crash identified

Glenview police have identified a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle on Milwaukee Avenue Wednesday evening and hospitalized.

Initially, police were seeking the public's help identifying the older Asian man who suffered serious injuries in the collision that occurred at about 5 p.m. on the 3500 block of Milwaukee Avenue. The man was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge. His condition is unknown.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured and is cooperating with the investigation.
