Free flu shots in DuPage

The DuPage County Health Department will offer a free drive-thru flu vaccination clinic for residents, ages 18 years to 65 years old, to be vaccinated from the convenience of their vehicle.

The clinic will be open on Wednesday, Nov. 18, and Friday, Nov. 20, at the DuPage County Fairgrounds in Wheaton. Vaccine supplies are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 1 to 4 p.m. or until doses run out, officials said in a news release.

Visitors should enter the fairgrounds through the main entrance at 2015 Manchester Road. They are asked to wear a mask and short-sleeved shirt or sleeves that roll up for easy access to the upper arm.
