Illuminate Therapy & Wellness, a new women-owned business, opened on October 1, 2020. Co-owners Greta Nielsen, LCPC, NCC and Ana Stefaniuk, LCPC, EMDR established the location in Palatine after several years of attending to the emotional and mental health needs of clients in the local area.

Illuminate Therapy and Wellness provides quality mental health counseling to individuals, couples, families, and groups in an integrative treatment setting that promotes optimal well-being for the mind, body, and soul. The goal of this practice is to assist and empower individuals and groups of all ages within the community.

Greta and Ana have over 40 years of combined experience, including specialized knowledge and skills designed to effectively assist clients achieve their goals.
