Dundee Lions display winning posters from art contest

The Dundee Township Lions Club has the posters from the student art contest on display at the Dundee Public Library in East Dundee until the end of September.

These young artists between ages 8 to 15 years of age created posters around the theme, "We're All In This Together."

Students have been awarded prizes for their creativity and patriotic theme.

Winner for creativity was Mia Vietmeir, age 11. In addition to her poster, there are many other prize winners on display.

At the library, you have the opportunity to vote among 14 posters on which one you think is best. A prize will be awarded to the one with the most votes.

The library, part of the Fox River Valley Public Library District, is located at 555 Barrington Ave. in East Dundee.
