Premier brokers restaurant lease in Crystal Lake

CRYSTAL LAKE - Premier Commercial Realty recently completed a 1,200 square foot lease in Coventry Plaza, 35 Berkshire Drive, Unit 10, in Crystal Lake.

Terms of the lease were not announced.

The new tenant is Quisqueya Punta Cana Restaurant, a startup by three Dominican Republic-born brothers. The restaurant specializes in Dominican dishes, as well as American fast food. Carry out and delivery are available. B

"You gotta give kudos to these guys, opening a fast food business during the corona pandemic," said Bruce Kaplan of Premier Commercial Realty, who represented the landlord and tenants in the deal. "The food is quite good with good portions and fair prices."
