Investigation continues in Streamwood shooting

Streamwood police are continuing to investigate the non-fatal shooting of an adult woman late Sunday morning.
Deputy Police Chief Josh Norum said officers were called at 11:15 a.m. to the reported shooting . in the 1100 block of Bloomfield Drive.
The woman remained hospitalized Monday with nonlife-threatening injuries, Norum added.
No one was in custody Monday, and Streamwood police were releasing no other details about the investigation, including whether the shooting occurred indoors or outdoors.
