HVAC problems cause Lisle village hall to close

Lisle village hall temporarily closed beginning Thursday because of mechanical issues associated with its heating and air conditioning system, officials said.

Customer services will continue to be offered by phone at (630) 271-4100 and email. Utility bill payments, permitting and purchase of waste stickers can be completed through the village's website at www.villageoflisle.org/payment; via the village's drop-box in the parking lot just west of the village hall main entrance, south of the storage garage; or by mail at Village of Lisle, 925 Burlington Ave, Lisle, IL 60532.

Beginning Friday, regular counter service typically offered at village hall will be available to walk-in traffic at the Lisle Police Department, 5040 Lincoln Ave. Front desk service hours are 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The village will provide notification once services at village hall are able to resume.
