Images: Illinois moves to Phase 3, businesses open

Illinois moved into Phase 3 Friday and suburban malls, restaurants, salons, barbershops and shops opened to customers with COVID-19 safety guidelines in place.

"I've been struggling pretty bad, I had my mom cut it and it wasn't that great," he said. "It was fixable," Daniel said.

Sauvage Barber Parlor in Elgin reopened Friday with clear partitions between stations while not using all chairs in order to follow guidelines on occupancy. They said most of their stylists are booked solid for the next 2-3 weeks.
