Lee & Associates brokers $1.8M land sale

CRYSTAL LAKE — Lee & Associates has closed a $1.8 million sale of a 4.68 acre land site at the southwest corner of Tek Drive and Route 31 in Crystal Lake.

A Thorntons is planned for the site.

Rick Scardino, principal of Lee & Associates' Illinois office, brokered the sale from AMP Real Estate Holdings, LLC to BSTP Midwest, LLC.

“This well positioned corner will benefit the heavy daily traffic on Route 31, as well as the planned 2021 opening of the $100 million Mercyhealth Boutique Hospital being built across from this site,” Scardino said.
