Batavia Youth Baseball, Versiti Blood Centers team up for blood drive
Now more than ever we are looking for ways to help our community and neighbors. One easy way to do that is to donate blood. Often overlooked during this pandemic has been the need to replenish and add to the supply of the blood banks.
Versiti Blood Centers and Batavia Youth Baseball are teaming up to save lives in our area.
Blood donation is an essential health care need. Through Versiti's social distancing, sanitizing and cleaning policies, you can safely make a difference.
Let's remember those we have lost and donate blood for people who fall into our most vulnerable population. Those fighting cancer, blood diseases, requiring emergency surgeries, or organ transplants need your help.
Each donation saves up to three lives!
The blood drive will be 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 9, at Chapelstreet Church, 3435 Keslinger Road, Geneva.
Sign up at bit.ly/BDTR509.
This blood drive is appointment only; no walk-ins. A photo ID is required.
