Park Ridge chamber donates more than 800 Park Ridge-Opoly games to families

The Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce this week donated more than 800 Park Ridge-Opoly games, valued at about $16,000, to families throughout the community.

Pickup was at various, noncontact locations throughout Park Ridge between March 16-18, while supplies lasted.

Alderman and chamber member John Moran suggested the idea as a way for families, who will be cooped up over the next several weeks, to play the game and pass the time.

The Chamber encourages community members to take photos of their family playing the game and post to social media for the chance to win $100 in Park Ridge Chamber Gift Certificates, redeemable at participating businesses. A drawing will occur March 31.

To enter, take a picture of your family playing Park Ridge-Opoly, like and follow the Park Ridge Chamber Facebook page and/or Instagram @ParkRidgeChamber, and tag the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce while using the #ParkRidgeOpoly hashtag.
