Mount Prospect surveying residents on housing, community development needs
Mount Prospect is conducting a survey to gather feedback regarding the village's housing and community development needs, which will help officials determine how to allocate federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds over the next five years.
The village receives approximately $250,000 in CDBG funds each year for housing and community development projects that assist low- and moderate-income residents.
The survey is available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BQ2DRSM. Results will be utilized to guide the use of CDBG funding.
If a computer or assistance is needed to complete the survey, come to the Department of Community Development, located in village hall, 50 S. Emerson St. Assistance is available between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If any other assistance is needed with completing the survey, contact Consuelo Arguilles at (847) 818-5328, or at carguilles@mountprospect.org.
