St. Catherine of Siena's Irish benefit dinner dance set for March 7

It's time to bring your family and dancing shoes for fun shenanigans and sing-alongs celebrating all things Irish at the St. Patrick's Benefit Dinner Dance from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at the St. Catherine of Siena School gym, 845 W. Main St. in West Dundee.

A traditional corned beef and cabbage or chicken dinner will be served. Cocktail hour begins at 6 p.m. and dinner is served at 7 p.m.

Tickets are $35 each, $60 per couple; and $10 per child.

Entertainment for the evening begins at 8 p.m. with live Irish music, dance and song.

Entertainment will be provided by Conor Duffy, who arrives direct from Ireland, for traditional Irish and country music.

Irish step dancers from The Mayer School of Irish Dance will perform to set the tone and D.J. Ray will serve as emcee.

Fun activities will take place throughout the evening.

Tickets for purchase will be available in the church narthex before and after Mass during the weekends of Feb. 22-23 and Feb. 29 and March 1.
