Joshua A. Nesser Named a Shareholder at Lavelle Law

Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law has announced that attorney Joshua Nesser has been elevated to Shareholder status at the firm. Joshua is a member of several of the firm's practice groups, including the Business, Taxation, Employment Law, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups.

Since 2014, Nesser has annually been named an Illinois Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association Federal Taxation (Practice & Procedure Division) and State and Local Tax committees, and the author of a monthly "IRS Practices and Procedures" news brief. He is also a contributor to Lavelle Law's podcast series "Chicago's Legal Latte," which can be found on BlogTalk Radio.

A graduate of Ohio University and the Loyola University School of Law, Joshua is very active in the community. He provides pro bono legal services each month at the Harper College Small Business Development Center.
