New hours begin at West Chicago Police Station
Please note the following new hours at the West Chicago Police Station, located at 325 Spencer St.
The West Chicago Police Department Records Section is staffed from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you call the Police Department after 4:30 p.m., or on weekends and holidays, your call will automatically be transferred to our dispatch center.
The phone will ring two to three times; then it will sound like you were disconnected. Don't hang up - it is actually starting the transfer. If you wait a few seconds, it will begin to ring again and dispatch will answer the phone.
